Amy had ignored the people that stared and ogled at her beat-up appearence, just wanting to to get up to the room and lay in the bathtub full of blistering hot water to cleanse herself and relax.
She made her way through the lobby of the hotel and up the elevator, resting against its wall before…
Phil was out on the balcony with Scotty, just looking out over the city when he heard the hotel room door open. He couldn’t turn around quick enough he just saw someone duck into the bathroom.
He stepped back into the room and lay Scotty back in his travel crib before heading to the bathroom and knocking softly before pushing the door open.
"Aimes? Jesus fucking Christ! Amy!"
He gaped at his wife’s battered face in the mirror and rushed to her side.
"What the fu-… What the fuck happened?"

Ooc: DO NOT HAVE JOANIE TELL PHIL WHERE AMY IS. AMY IS GOING TO LIMP INTO THE HOTEL ROOM AND BAM! SHOCK FACTOR FOR HUBBY.
ooc: and what did you do to him?
ooc: nothing. unfortunately, I only found out this morning.
ooc: So, Sheamus was in my local shopping centre yesterday…
He held onto her tighter as he listened to her calm, soothing voice. He buried his aching face into her neck and just breathed her in for a few minutes.
"What do I do now?"
The tight hold Phil had on her made Amy want to cry for him. He was freaking out and incredibly upset, and it only made her hate for the woman grow even more. She did this to him, her husband, and she was going to pay. Calmly though, she pressed another kiss to his neck before pulling away slightly to look at him. She slowly reached for his cheek and stroked it softly.
"How about we get you in the shower, baby? Get you cleaned up and refreshed, and then we can lay down. Does that sound good for you?"
Phil managed to give his wife a small smile and nodded his head.
"Yeah. Yeah, that sounds good."
He rubbed his eyes tiredly then stood up from the the bed, his back and knees protesting feebly at the sudden movement.
"You’re not going anywhere, right?"
He felt silly. He felt like a child afraid of the dark, but he really needed Amy right now with an intense dependency so foreign to his experiences that it terrified him.
